Data & integrations

Make your systems talk to each other.

Feeds, APIs, CRMs, fixtures, stock, bookings: connected, automated, and no more copy-and-paste. In sport, real-time, accurate information is everything.

Set it and forget it (mostly).

Let’s talk about it What’s included

  • No manual updates
  • One source of truth
  • Always-current data
  • Hours back every week

Is this you?

Common problems we fix.

  • Someone updates the same information in three places
  • Fixtures, results and tables are always a day behind
  • Systems that should talk to each other don’t
  • You can’t get a straight answer out of your data
  • Volunteers or staff spend weekends doing data entry
  • A spreadsheet is holding the whole thing together

Same problems.
Different industries.
We get it.

Our approach

How we do it.

  1. 01 Map Where the data lives and where it needs to go.
  2. 02 Design Clean structures that pull, manage and display it.
  3. 03 Connect APIs, feeds and integrations.
  4. 04 Automate Updates that happen on their own.
  5. 05 Monitor Know when something breaks, before your users do.

It’s not a quick fix.
It’s a proper plan.

01

Automatic matchday data

For clubs like Albion Rovers, Brechin City and Forfar Athletic, fixtures, results, player profiles and league tables update themselves, so the media team can tell stories instead of typing scores.

02

Built around the people entering it

For the Midlands League we built a score-entry tool around club secretaries: enter the score, and the table, goals and goal difference recalculate on their own.

Frequently asked

Straight answers.

Which data providers can you work with?

Most that offer an API or a feed. We’ve worked with sports data platforms such as JoomSport and Statorium, as well as CRMs and product feeds.

What if our data is a mess?

That’s normal. Cleaning and restructuring it is often the first job, as it was for MyFootballFacts.

Is it really automatic?

Once it’s set up, yes. We also build in checks so someone knows if a feed stops.
